This application is used internally by Rocks for the Spirit LLC (Rocks for the Spirit and Rocks for the People) to manage sales and customer conversations on our own Instagram business accounts and our own Facebook Pages. It is used only by our staff and is not available to the public.
The application may access:
Instagram media, comments and direct messages on our Instagram accounts
Messages sent to our Facebook Pages through Messenger, and the replies we send
Pictures of our own Instagram and Facebook stories while they are posted
Public names and usernames of people who comment on or message our accounts
Posts and insights (such as reach and views) of our own accounts
This information is used solely to:
Process customer purchases and orders
Determine claim order during Instagram and Facebook sales
Generate checkout links
Answer customer questions and provide customer support
We only message people who have messaged us first, in reply to what they asked. We do not send promotional messages through Messenger.
We do not sell, rent, or share user data with third parties. Information is only used for operating our business and fulfilling customer orders, and is kept on our own secured server.
We use service providers that process information on our behalf to run our shop, such as payment processing, shipping, sales tax, email, and AI tools that help us read and sort customer messages. They may only use it to provide those services to us.

Data Deletion Instructions:
If you would like us to delete data associated with your interactions with our Instagram or Facebook accounts (including your messages), email info@rocksforthespirit.com with your Instagram username or the name on your Facebook account and details of your request. We will process deletion requests within a reasonable time, subject to any legal or business record-keeping requirements.
