What is the Rocks for the Spirit return policy?

For all domestic orders, if you are unsatisfied with your order for any reason, we offer a full refund/store credit on the price of the products that are being returned. We will also provide a return shipping label. The return must be made within 15 days of arrival and the item(s) must be returned undamaged and shipped back with proper packaging. For a full refund the entire contents of the order, including gifts, must be returned. Please email Orders@RocksfortheSpirit.com with "Return" and your order number in the subject line to begin your return. 

For all international orders please email Orders@RocksfortheSpirit.comwith "Return" and your order number in the subject line and we will address the return on a case by case basis.

Any damage, theft or loss to the product occurring after arrival is not the responsibility of Rocks for the Spirit.


When will my order be shipped?

We take pride in our fast shipping and most orders are shipped out with 1-2 business days. If the order has been placed during a very busy time, for example, right after an update, than the order may take up to 3-4 business days to be shipped out. Very large, heavy, or extremely fragile items may also take additional time to be shipped out.

When we are on traveling or out of town and can not ship immediately, a banner will show at the top of our website which displays an adjusted shipping date.


What currency are the prices listed as?

All prices on Rocks for the Spirit are in US Dollars. All international orders will be billed according to the current exchange rate and this exchange rate will be accounted for when your bank processes the payment.  

Rocks for the Spirit is not responsible for any duty or tax collected by the country of delivery. 


Do you ever refund for overcharged shipping?

Yes, any difference in shipping cost between the estimated cost at checkout and the actual cost will be refunded when shipment is completed.
